Job description
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work for an established civil engineering and infrastructure business operating across Hampshire.
Typical projects will involve constructing new roads for local authorities and national highways so experience working on S278 schemes with values ranging from £1 to £10m is preferred.

Managing financials of all self-delivered work
Compensation events
Pricing additional works
CVR's
Application for payments
Working with multiple specialist sub-contractors
Beneficial to have some estimating and pricing on first principles
Reviewing programmes and creating cost forecasts
Picking up any variations on the project
Quantity Surveyor package:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on level of experience)
Monthly car allowance
Pension Scheme
Discretionary annual bonus
