Job description
We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our switchboard which is part of the Estates and Facilities team, as a Telephonist.
The hours of work are as detailed below:
Monday 7:30 - 14:30
Tuesday 15:30 - 22:30
Wednesday 07:30 - 14:30
Thursday 15:30 - 22:30
The switchboard is staffed seven days a week.
We are looking for successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
You should have excellent customer service skills, be a great team player and be able to multi-task and prioritize, with experience of working within a contact centre. We are looking for people who are happy to use their initiative and have great communication skills.
The role involves answering calls to the Trusts busy main telephone number as well as dealing for example with emergency requests such as bleeping key hospital staff to alert them, looking after visitors to the Trust and dealing with their requirements.
