First Call Talent Solutions are currently looking to recruit a Project Administrator for our clients nationally recognised company who are a specialist within their field.

This role is being recruited for in: Braintree, CM77.

Immediate interviews and starts are available.

Candidate duties will include:

• To provide sales and after sales customer support both internally and externally to clients throughout the UK
• Project Management for bespoke orders
• Order validation against quotation and order entry on IT system
• Liaising with Sales Team to identify customer delivery requirements and dates
• Creation of Bills of Material and raising internal Work Orders as per CAD drawings
• Production scheduling for Factory Built Assembly Team
• Liaising with Planning Team on component procurement
• Liaising with customers on order progress
• Completion of Work Orders on system
• Arranging transport for UK deliveries

Candidate experience will include:

• Excellent administration and communication skills
• Understanding of multi-level list of Materials
• Knowledge of CAD technical drawings, tolerances and manufacturing processes and materials
• Basic understanding of electrical systems an advantage but not essential
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements

Candidates will come from a Technical or Project Administration or Sales Support background, have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage a very busy, varied workload.

Hours or work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Starting salary up to 30kpa depending on experience + Excellent Company Benefits.
