As the Head of Operations, you will be the linchpin of the manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts, overseeing the entire production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership – Develop and implement leadership strategies to optimise manufacturing processes.
Continuous Improvement – Spearhead initiatives to enhance production, reduce costs and improve quality standards.
Team Empowerment – Lead, mentor and inspire a high–performing operations team.
Quality – Uphold rigorous quality control standards, ensuring that products consistently meet customer expectations.
