Cleaning Operative

This position is a permanent opportunity and will be based at Fernley Grange, Fleetwood Road, Southport.
As a Cleaning Operative, you will be expected to:
Provide cleaning services to communal areas within properties and commercial premises maintained by Sovini Property Services, ensuring high quality service provision and excellent customer satisfaction.
Undertake all administrative work in relation to processing completed work to ensure jobs are completed within our systems.
Ensure deadlines are delivered to ensure Key Performance Indicators and targets are delivered.
Liaise with and sustain relationships with client team, partner contractors, service providers and 3rd parties to ensure good working relationships.
Keep up to date with developments and good working practices, products and techniques to ensure and maintain knowledge.
Provide regular updated on progress to works completed to management staff.
Meet appraisal targets and support the delivery and achievement of overall business objectives.
Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
To be successful in a Cleaning Operative role, the skills you will need:
Communal cleaning / commercial cleaning services.
Working within the commercial / social housing sectors.
Full UK Driving License (Manual).
Self-motivation, flexibility, enthusiastic.
Organisation skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure.
Awareness of relevant health and safety policies and protocols.
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.
Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
