This position reports to the Snr. Manager, Marketing Operations . The Lead Development Representative is responsible for qualifying leads from HireRight campaign execution, inbound web form submissions, phone calls, and partner referrals. This individual is the first “voice” of HireRight and provides the prospect with the basic sales message.
- Serve as the main point of contact with incoming calls, chat, partner lead referrals and web inquiries.
- Build rapport with contacts who have responded to Marketing resources (Website “contact us” submissions, webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.) to understand the prospects needs.
- Collaborate with marketing campaign managers on understanding campaign response and determining correct follow up actions.
- Help maintain data quality. Use Zoominfo, Hoovers and company websites to gather key information to update the CRM system to document lead source and fill in missing data points.
- Vet inbound leads to send qualified leads to Sales. Handle all other non-lead inquiries and route to appropriate team for follow-up.
- Respond to multiple organizations via web chat, phone calls, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources.
- Articulate the Company's value proposition and promote screening solutions with various management levels and professionals across technical and business disciplines.
- Complete all required training and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the Company services to clearly articulate value back to prospects
- Periodic review of contacts or leads developed, converted and marketing attribution reports on own metrics to stay on track with personal KPIs
Education:
- BA or BS and/or equivalent employment experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
- Proven track record of achievement, preferably in a sales environment
- 1-3 years of sales development or telemarketing experience preferred
Knowledge & Skill :
- Technically savvy (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.)
- Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an intense and high-volume business; strong time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Self-driven, organized, collaborative and personable
- Strong interest in learning marketing or sales methodology
- Self-starter who can multitask and adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Requires ability to follow operational processes and standardized rules of engagement
- Ability to meet and exceed daily KPIs
