£30,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager with some construction experience, to work on a variety of projects within a leading demolition company who operate in the South West.
Have you got Groundworks, Civils or Demolition experience? Have you got a passion for Construction Project Management? Are you looking to gain hands on training and progress your career?
This family run Demolition company have been operating for quarter of a century, specialising in the demolition sector within the Residential and Commercial market working on renowned projects with values up to 10M. With growth plans to increase turnover in the next few years they're going to delve into the Civils and Groundworks sectors and increase their geographical location. Due to this expansion they're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team.
On offer is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated person with some prior supervisory experience in construction industry to join a rapidly expanding contractor in an progressive role within a forward thinking company where you will get expert training in order to rise through the ranks.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll receive full support being tasked with overseeing multiple demolition projects, ensuring works adhere to health and safety regulations, participating in site and office meetings, sub-contractor management and organising plan and labour resources. You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
It is imperative that you have a Construction experience and be a motivated individual looking to join a well establish close knit company where you will assist in their growth plans and be rewarded with career progression and increased salary.
