About Our Client

We are working with an award-winning provider of Hire Purchase Agreements for motor vehicles throughout the UK.

Established in 2014 and currently at over 100 employees, they are looking to grow the business and consequently to grow their legal function and seek an experienced In-house Litigation Solicitor to defend claims brought against the business in respect of Secret Commission.

Job Description

The role will involve:

• Handling Secret Commission claims from instruction to settlement
• Liaising with external lawyers
• Ensuring witness statements are completed
• Providing general legal advice to the business

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be 2-5 years PQE with a bakcground within a Financial Services business. The role will require 3 days in the office per week in Chester.
