Day in the life of an Influencer Relations Executive: A typical "day in the life" of an Influencer Relations Executive here at Secret Mode is a varied one! You will take ownership of our organic content creator outreach program by identifying and fostering new creator partnerships while maintaining an extensive global contacts database. You'll identify, contact, and maintain relations with a diverse range of content creators across the globe for organic content placements, and will act as an advisor on paid influencer campaigns and sponsorship opportunities, building content creator campaign strategies to maximise our reach and impact. With this, you'll distribute game codes and promotional materials directly to creators or via supporting agencies and will be responding to creator requests. Other responsibilities include taking ownership of our content creator reporting and playing a pivotal role in educating the wider team on the ever-evolving content creation space. You will also attend industry events, where you'll promote Secret Mode titles and expand our network, taking the lead on content creator aspects. Please note, this is a hybrid role that will require you to work from our studio in Leamington on a weekly basis. What you need to do this job: • Demonstrated experience in influencer relations within the video games industry or a similar field or, demonstrated experience as content creator within the video games industry or a similar field via the sharing of your channel(s). • Exceptionally strong writing, editing, and communication skills. • Good understanding of current content creator landscape, platforms, and influencers. • Existing network of content creator contacts or the ability to quickly develop industry connections. The Interview Process: At Secret Mode, we take a holistic and engaging interview process that allows us to get to know you, your skills and your potential. For the Influencer Relations Executive role, we have a 2 stage interview process, plus a task: 1st Stage: One hour with our PR & Communications Director. Here we will talk with you about your experience, our expectations in the role and ask some competency based questions. There will, of course, be opportunities for you to ask questions! Task to be completed in between 1st and 2nd stage - this should take no longer than 30 minutes. 2nd Stage: One hour with the Marketing Director. This is a chance for us to discuss further technical aspects of the role and for you to meet some more of the team here at Secret Mode. What's in it for you?
