Some of what you will do:
Responsible and accountable for developing and implementing the proper sales business plan that will achieve specific revenue and profit goals. This includes the identifying, recruitment, hiring, coaching and development of associates to ensure long term success. Additional duties include the overseeing of branch locations and regional sales and service coverage. Key measures of success are achieving sales and margin budget targets, account retention goals, driving associate engagement, assisting business development efforts and supporting other operational areas to ensure overall Denis profitability. Provides regular business reviews and forecasts on the business and works with other areas of Staples Professional and Staples Canada to grow our overall business. This position reports to the CRO.
