Right now, we’re looking for a super-organised Account Manager to join our team in Edinburgh – someone who’s great with people, passionate about Creative product, organised, self-motivated, and able to think on their feet. Sound like you?
About the role:
- Servicing the business, internally and externally, building relationships and providing support to colleagues and clients alike.
- Managing projects through the Agency on time and within budget.
- Day to day Client contact either by phone, email, Zoom/Teams, WhatsApp or in person.
- Providing Clients with full written quotations and schedules.
- Managing schedule expectations within and across the Agency teams (Account Handling, Creative, Studio, Digital).
- Providing Contact Reports for Client meetings, capturing minutes and actions by email.
- Briefing external suppliers, where appropriate (e.g., illustrator/photographer/ print consultant/editor), in collaboration with senior members of the Team, and managing costs – briefing and obtaining quotations.
- Writing Creative Briefs and briefing Creative team with members of the Senior Team.
- Ensuring communication channels between Client and the Senior Team are maintained.
- Ensuring accuracy of work produced on and behalf of Story.
- Client invoicing input with Senior Team into monthly forecasts.
- Obtaining timescales of jobs and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Briefing studio jointly with Art Director/ Senior Account Handling Team.
