The Opportunity…

As the Quality Delivery Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team of Quality Management Leads, driving the delivery of quality standards across the project's extensive supply chain, both on-site and off-site. You’ll be ensuring compliance and quality management systems within the Multi-Disciplinary Delivery Teams, shaping the project's quality narrative under the guidance of the Deputy Quality Director while championing excellence at every turn.

What you’ll be doing…

Playing a key member between the HPC Quality Deputy Director and the Programme, you'll spearhead all quality delivery initiatives, ensuring every aspect aligns with the project's overarching goals. Your role extends to assembling and nurturing a high-performing team of Quality Management Leads, fostering their growth and expertise to propel the project forward. From crafting targeted quality analyses to implementing innovative action plans, you'll be the driving force behind a culture of excellence and continual improvement. Additional responsibilities also include:

Additionally, you'll champion transverse resolution actions, leveraging quality insights to fuel project-wide learning and advancement. You’ll encompasses everything from comprehensive quality planning to meticulous compliance reporting, ensuring adherence to NNB quality standards and beyond. Always forward-thinking, you'll identify avenues for enhancement, shepherd their execution, and advocate for transformative change. Moreover, your adept communication skills will facilitate seamless collaboration with the SZC project, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and proactive resource management. Ultimately, you'll serve as a conduit for disseminating vital quality learnings and initiatives across the Programme's Multi-Disciplinary Delivery Team, driving collective progress and success.

Who you are…

With a proven track record in delivering major projects, particularly within the nuclear power sector, and a profound focus on project quality, we’re looking for you to hold expert knowledge in an engineering discipline. Equipped with a solid understanding of quality processes across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, you'll navigate complex international quality environments with finesse. Moreover, your adeptness in ensuring compliance with national and international standards, such as GS-R-3 and ISO 9001, coupled with your expertise in manufacturing and construction technical processes, sets the stage for transformative impact.

As a seasoned leader, you'll drive the effective implementation of quality management arrangements and lead a team of Quality professionals, inspiring performance excellence at every turn. Your dynamic approach encompasses proactive risk identification and the timely implementation of mitigations, ensuring project success. Here's what we're looking for:
