- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information to clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional phone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
