Experienced school premises manager required

Barry Turner and son Ltd is a well established company that covers London and the surrounding areas. As well as being renowned for our building, maintenance and facilities management services. As part of our facilities management, we supply schools with premises managers

An opportunity has arisen to work as a school premises manager based in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

Ideally the candidate should live in or around the St Alban’s area.

Qualities required

Experienced in school premises work
A good team worker but able to work alone when required
Excellent time keeper
Flexible
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel (to provide cover for other schools when required)
Able to drive (though not essential)
Hold a clean enhanced DBS-recently issued
Registered self employed
