Head Chef Position

This busy Gastro Pub in Sheffield area are seeking a Head Chef to join their dedicated and passionate team.

They believe that care and passion are the key ingredients to a successful menu and team. From their famous pies to their renowned gastronomy, they pride themselves on a locally sourced menu, and providing delicious and exciting dishes.

The venue has been serving home cooked food, fine wines and perfect ales to the masses

They make the guests feel at home in their relaxing environment to enjoy the great food and drinks on offer.

Experience and Attributes:

Energetic and Experience of working in a similar style establishment
A friendly and approachable person is an absolute must.
To be able to provide leadership to the whole kitchen team and inspire them.
Accountability for the legal, H&S and environmental compliance for the continued well being of all customers and colleagues.
Accountability for the financial performance of the food offering, stock control and audit requirements.
To identify, support and instigate all relevant training identified for site team.

This is a permanent position.

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
