About Our Client
The client is a reputable affordable housing association based in the Midlands.
Job Description
- Managing the effective delivery of strategic and operational plans for the responsive repairs and heating services
- Ensuring repairs are completed on time, first time fix and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Providing risk analysis across all responsive repairs and heating services
- Responsible for complex investigations
- Driving continuous improvement
- People and financial management
- Ensuring contractors and team members comply with H&S and other regulatory requirements
The Successful Applicant
- The successful candidate will ideally hold relative experience in a similar senior leadership position in a Social Housing environment
- Experience with large scale budget management
- Experience delivering responsive repairs through a contractor model
- KPI/performance management
