This interim recruiter opportunity is a 360 degree recruitment role. You will hold lead responsibility for UK recruitment, from managing stakeholders to offer management.

Description
The Interim Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Creating compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Utilising various platforms and recruitment tools to source candidates.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to determine role-specific requirements.
- Liasing with third party recruitment providers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve recruitment processes.
- Managing the offer process.
Profile
This interim recruiter is needed for a long term contract of 6-12 months. You need to be/have:
- Extensive prior experience in a senior recruitment role, sourcing positions within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and digital platforms.
- A keen eye for identifying talent and matching candidates to suitable roles.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Available on short notice and able to commit to the full contract
Job Offer
- An attractive daily rate of approximately £250-350 (GBP) inside IR35.
- A 6-12 month interim role with potential for longer-term opportunities.
