Digital Optimisation Executive

AXA UK

Location

Tunbridge Wells, Kent | United Kingdom

Job description

It’s an exciting time to join AXA Health, with significant investment planned to transform and deliver new digital services to our customers whilst streamlining and automating our business processes. As part of this, we’re looking for a talented person to join our Marketing and Proposition Team. You’ll help AXA Health to understand what our customers need and how we can provide them with a world class digital experience, optimising existing digital journeys whilst also helping to shape and optimise new journeys as we evolve.
As Digital Optimisation Executive, you’ll take a data led approach to help us understand how customers use our platforms to drive a customer centric approach to developing and optimising journeys to meet both customer and business need.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at our Tunbridge Wells office, attending meetings at our London office or attending industry events.
We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:

Use a range of digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4) and Medallia (Decibel), to create and manage dashboards and reports, articulating key digital journeys and business key performance indictors (KPIs).
Deliver testing and optimisation roadmaps to optimise digital journeys, based on data and customer insight.
Build close working relationships with business stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives, build and shape their optimisation plans, and to provide feedback on the performance of their initiatives.
Work with other areas of the Digital Channels and Platform team to oversee the delivery of platform changes to make journey optimisations.
Be a digital advocate in AXA Health. Contribute to reports and communications about optimisation and testing strategies, and the overall performance of the digital estate.
Share knowledge and develop skills across the team. Work with wider AXA UK teams to develop your skills and share best practice, whilst also continuing to develop your own skills by attending industry events.

Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest. Therefore, if you’re interested in joining us at AXA, please don’t hesitate to apply.
