Salary Scale: £130-£220
Contract Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - As a Class Teacher you will plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate lessons for your assigned class.
- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- As a Class Teacher you will assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum activities.
- As a Class Teacher you will build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall school community.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about educational innovations.
Qualifications and Skills: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Class Teacher.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to the holistic development of students.
