As a Trainee Videographer & Editor, you will embark on a dynamic role involving planning and creating engaging content for our social media channels. Your responsibilities include shooting and editing videos and photos, contributing to copy and scriptwriting, and scheduling content to align with our business objectives and brand identity.
In this trainee position, you'll work alongside an experienced team, gaining hands-on experience in conceptualizing and scripting narratives that effectively convey key messages related to our services and client stories.
Staying attuned to social trends, monitoring performance, and identifying content that resonates with audiences is a crucial part of your role. You'll be responsible for creating original video content from various sources, including social media, paid media, and sales collateral, such as video case studies, customer testimonials, interviews, and more.
Your work will focus on producing high-quality videos and photos that capture the essence of our projects, and internal company activities. Additionally, you'll film and edit video content for a range of platforms, including podcasts, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram reels, TikTok, promo videos, and general social media content. This role encompasses end-to-end video and photo production, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production, with the goal of delivering outstanding video content that highlights the impact of our services on our clients' organizations.

Responsibilities
- Plan and create content for our social media channels, involving shooting and editing videos and photos, contributing to copy and scriptwriting, and scheduling content in line with our business goals and brand.
- Work closely with experienced our team to conceptualize and script engaging narratives that effectively communicate key messages related to our services and client stories.
- Research social trends, continuously monitor performance, and identify content that resonates with audiences.
- Develop and execute social content, gaining valuable hands-on experience in content creation and alignment with our brand's identity.
- Produce original video content from various sources, including social media, paid media, and sales collateral, such as video case studies, customer testimonials, interviews, and more.
- Strive to produce high-quality videos and photos that capture the essence of client projects, and internal company activities.
- Film and edit video content for a range of platforms, including podcasts, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram reels, TikTok, promo videos, and general social media content.
- Gain exposure to creating client case studies and testimonials that highlight the impact of our services on their organizations.
- Attend events as needed to capture and edit content relevant to the channels.
- Learn and actively participate in the end-to-end video and photo production processes, which encompass pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Work towards delivering the best possible video content, gaining hands-on experience in optimizing content based on performance analysis.

Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
Wage: 16/17 £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour.
