EDUCATION FOR THE 21ST CENTURY
Location
Kent | United Kingdom
Job description
Education for the 21 st Century is driven by the unwavering belief that all children and young people, regardless of background or ability, should have access to an excellent education. Our vision is clear: to create welcoming and open schools for the local community, where every person thrives, makes excellent progress and succeeds.
We are committed to improving outcomes and transforming lives, realising social mobility, and the transformative power of education. We value the individual characteristics of all our schools whilst bringing them together around a framework that delivers an enriching experience and an excellent education for the young people within our care.
Our new Head of Data and Insights will play a key role in shaping how we grow and evolve as a Trust – using data to improve outcomes and drive innovation. Reporting directly to our COO, you will deliver valuable data analysis and insight through the design and continuous development of strong systems and reporting processes that support our family of schools but also shapes our strategic thinking across our entire organisation. Working in close collaboration with the central team, you will ensure robust monitoring and performance analysis across both educational and operational KPIs, developing the tools needed to support in-school and system level excellence.
Naturally we are looking for someone with a strong track record of success – ideally you will bring direct experience of developing data infrastructure within a complex/growing environment and a detailed understanding of what a high-quality, agile service looks like. Alongside this we are looking for a leader with a highly persuasive and proactive approach with a flair for building excellent relationships.
In return we can offer you unparalleled support within an ambitious and growing organisation coupled with a firm commitment to CPD. Crucially, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong central team, all working together to build sustainable excellence in our schools.
As a Trust we are always keen to hear from ambitious leaders - so why not get in touch?
