About the Role:Join a dynamic construction team in construction as a Residential New Build Estimator. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary (to current earnings) and a comprehensive package. The role involves contributing to the assessment and costing of new land opportunities, ensuring accurate and viable budget appraisals specifically in the residential new build sector.
Key Requirements:
Currently operating as a Residential New Build Estimator with relevant experience.
Proficiency in assessing and appraising new land opportunities for residential projects.
Familiarity with technical drawings, measurement take-off, and cost estimation.
Strong collaboration skills with various teams.
Responsibilities:
Analyze technical drawings and data for cost appraisals in the residential new build sector.
Collaborate with Land, Technical, and Sales teams for accurate assessments.
Prepare build cost information and maintain updates for residential projects.
Estimate road, sewer, and abnormal costs with detailed measurements.
Input correct calculation periods for construction and sales estimates.
Conduct on-site visits for a better understanding of potential constraints in residential new build projects.
