Notting Hill

£43k – £50k plus van, NHS discounts and 27 days holiday

Day-to-day you’ll be managing a team of 10 Maintenance Technicians across Notting Hill who are dealing with reactive and planned maintenance across mechanical, electrical and fabric works, along with the occasional capital project across around 20 healthcare sites.

The majority of your day will be coordinating that mobile team, supervising contract partners, managing works through the CAFM system and analysing data.

This is a really varied environment so there will be a lot to learn in your first few months but once you’re up to speed it’ll mean you’ll be in an interesting job, part of a good team with an employer that values you.

£41k – £48k basic salary (depending on your experience)
