Organisation Development Business Partner (Up to 12 months)

£46,000 per annum  

Midlands / East of England with travel across our geography as required - Hybrid  

Full Time  

Temporary – up to 12 months to cover maternity  

 

Join our client’s dynamic team as an Organisational Development (OD) Partner! 

 

Are you passionate about cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within a leading social housing provider? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can create new learning programmes and embed a brand new LMS system? If so, they are seeking an experienced individual to drive their organisational and learning development initiatives to new heights. 

Offered on a temporary basis, up to 12 months covering maternity, this hybrid role will see you working from home, whilst also regularly travelling between their offices (Boston, Rushden, Peterborough) to engage with your stakeholders and customers understanding and supporting in the delivery of their learning requirements. 

 

As the cornerstone of their staff's knowledge growth, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing OD and change management strategies. This role will include spearheading initiatives, and building excellent relationships with stakeholders that foster a high-performance culture, championing diversity, and promoting continuous learning.

Vetting Requirements

Naturally working with their customers, they need to complete pre-employment checks before you join them. This role is conditional upon receipt of two satisfactory references (one from your current employer). They also need you to tell them what you have been up to over the past 5 years as a minimum in terms of employment history. This could include carer duties, travel, seeking work, education, employment, training, or volunteering.
