Your duties and responsibilities will be:
As a Document Controller you will be involved in a variety of specialist tasks. This could include:
- Utilise the document control system for the numbering, distribution, and storage of project documentation.
- Ensure the timely turnover of project documents.
- Search and retrieval of information in support of project personnel.
- Creation and ownership of project document registers.
- Interface with Client Document Controllers, receipting documentation, advising document numbers.
- Liaising with the Project Managers and team on a day-to-day basis ensuring the document control process is followed.
- Photocopying and printing of documents, scanning, burning CDs, virus checking and delivering.
- Collation of all project records, both electronic and hard copy in preparation for project handover and archiving.
- Performing additional administrative duties within own experience and capabilities as required by the project with regards to document control.
- Collating document deviations to ensure the KPI dashboard is maintained.
You will have the following:
- Good organisational skills
- 1+ years’ experience within a highly regulated industry.
- Efficient and time sensitive with tasks
- Full UK Driving licence with the ability to travel to other UK sites.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
