Job description
We are looking for an Payroll Clerk to ensure all temporary workers are paid each week and an invoice is generated and dealt with to a high standard of customer care.
Main duties:
- Enter and maintain correct pay information and details for all temporaries and clients in both databases.
- Issue timesheets to all working temporaries.
- Make accurate payment on all correctly signed and calculated time sheets.
- Issue payslips
- Take pay queries and deal with them correctly and promptly.
- Ensure all client companies are correctly issued an invoice.
- Inform management if a mistake is discovered.
- General administrative duties.
