The role:

• Adhere to the home's policies and procedures.
• Oversee the care and ancillary staff in the home.
• The individual in this role will guarantee the delivery of safe and efficient patient care while collaborating as a cohesive team member.
• Operate in alignment with the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives 2015.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, documenting observations and updating patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and physicians, communicating changes in residents' conditions and participating in care planning discussions
