A leading law firm based in Lancaster are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established well-regarded team.
Our client are a Legal 500 Law firm, established for over 20 years, and their Commercial Property team are highly respected throughout the Northwest region. They pride themselves on their high-quality services which is reflective in their clients, who are comparable to leading national and international firms.
They are looking for a driven and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with around 5 years PQE experience within this field. You will handle a busy and broad caseload of work covering Commercial Property matters such as investment work, acquisitions/disposals, landlord and tenant, secured lending and corporate support as well as strategic advice.
You will be confident in handling significant levels of responsibility within your work as well in your client care skills and be proactive in getting involved in business development.
