They are currently seeking a Senior Digital QA Engineer to join their exceptional Product and Engineering team.

As the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of a superior and seamless experience for the members. Working closely with both internal teams and suppliers, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional quality of our digital offerings by creating quality test scenarios, test models and exploratory testing.

As a Digital QA Engineer, your duties will include, but are not limited to;

• Actively engage in sprint ceremonies.
• Use your background in manual testing to identify test scenarios, create test models, and execute exploratory testing.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts.
• Raise & track software defects.
• Set up and maintain test data, as required.
• Support the QA Manager with test environment management.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders including Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Developers (internal/external) Solution Architects and the rest of the business.
• Give proposals to drive improvements in QA efficiency and maturity through processes, ways of working and tooling.

 

The successful candidate for this position will have at least 3 years’ hands-on QA experience across manual and automation testing, utilizing tools such as Playwright, API Postman Platform and Jira to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise will ensure flawless performance across Websites, Mobile Apps, APIs, and Payment & Customer Systems. You will have previously worked in an Agile environment and have exceptional communication skills, along with a hands-on, pro-active approach that’s highly customer centric.
