Job description

Dandara Living is recruiting a Residential Lettings Associateto join our centralised residential lettings teamat our prestigious build-to-rent headquarters in Altrincham.

The team are responsible for conversion of the leasing pipeline by way of administrative support to our Network of Sites – including referencing, applications, renewals and changes to tenancies.

4 week days8am-5pm / 8:30am-5:30pm / 9am-6pm

5 hours on a Saturday (10am-3pm - subject to change)

What you will do

• Dealing with enquires/leads – via phone and email
• Qualification of leads to set standards
• Booking viewings for the individual sites
• Being organised and managing set workloads, prioritise effectively
• Researching competition
• Portal updates
• Ensuring customer service and business standards are met
• Ensuring accuracy of data entry and database management
• Work well with deadlines and targets

What you will have

Desired

• Previous leasing experience
• Experience in database or booking systems

Essential

• Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of Outlook and Microsoft Office
