JOB TITLE: Senior Embedded Flight Software Engineer
LOCATION: Oxfordshire
SALARY: £75k
25 days holiday (increasing yearly up to a maximum of 28 days) + 8 days Bank Holiday

WAY OF WORKING: Hybrid (2 days a fortnight in office)

This is an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact into deploying advanced technologies into orbit, as well as collaborating closely with space agencies, satellite operators, and industry stakeholders to ensure the long-term sustainability of space activities and protect vital space assets.
THE ROLE: - Design, develop and validate onboard Flight Software for spacecraft.
- Define ICDs, development and verification plans.
- Coordinate with other teams at sub-system and system level to identify software needs and solutions.
- Perform Flight Software verification, validation, and integration.
- Participate in Mission System Test and Simulation campaigns.
YOUR KEY SKILLS: - Experience in software development for real-time embedded systems (C/C++).
- Experience developing software for the aerospace/ space sector.
- Experience of implementing real-time systems and software.
- Experience in developing and implementing test plans, verification and validation.
