ARE YOU THE ONE?
Our Digital Communications Executive will play a core role within the Operations & Communications team to support across several key business areas including internal & digital communications, digital execution, and driving best in class retail delivery standards. You’ll use your communication and organisation skills to build and develop strong relationships that will influence a cross functional continual driving performance improvement and accuracy.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Work with our existing Communications & Operations team to maintain and produce various types of content to be shared via our internal platforms
Review and proofread content generated by both our team and other mobile experience departments, delivering accuracy & consistency
Construct brand templates and key visuals of exceptional quality tailored to various teams and projects
DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS
With the support of the Senior Communications Lead Executive compile essential operational documents and manage business crucial communications
Present ideas, results and outcomes of projects and trials to relevant stakeholders across the business with focus on the mobile experience team and senior management.
PLATFORM ENGAGEMENT
Be a true advocate of our internal platforms whilst utilising opportunities to promote features and benefits that support the ongoing use and overall engagement
Samsung’s expert in digital connectivity and digital point of purchase (POP) screen technology executing digital marketing content across Samsung Retail digital screens
INDUSTRY EXPERT
Maintain an understanding of market trends, competitor activity and field team activities
Use available insights and data to collate and circulate regular business reporting information to specific key stakeholders and audiences
