Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Fit out Projects

Location: Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland (Hybrid working policy also)

Salary: Negotiable

Projects: Range all across NI, UK & Europe (Primarily Fit-out Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing interim valuations and final accounts.
• Procuring and overseeing subcontractor payments.
• Conducting site measurements and preparing estimates.
• Collaborating with clients and quantity surveyors.
• Preparing tender and contract documentation.
• Ensuring projects remain within budget through effective negotiation.
• Maintaining clear communication across teams.
• Upholding compliance with industry standards and company initiatives.
• Undertaking other duties as necessary for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience. (Open to discussion)
• Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
