We're currently working with a fantastic FMCG business known for it's commitment to quality and sustainability. They strive and pride themselves on producing a wide range of products whilst adhering to the highest standards possible.
What will a day as HR Advisor look like?
This is a generalist role and you'll be part of a dynamic team as HR Advisor. They champion themselves on creating a supportive environment where you can thrive!
Diagnose and address people-related issues.
Creating solutions in alignment with company policies, procedures, and legal frameworks.
Enhance company-wide understanding of policies, procedures, and employment legislation, including delivering training.
Foster a cooperative employee relations climate and support others within Investigations, Grievances, Disciplinaries, and Recruitment.
Engage in site-based communications and engagement activities.
Undertake ad hoc projects.
Offer coaching and mentoring to HR Advisors/Assistants
Does this sound like you?
You'll ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified with previous experience in a HR Generalist role and experience of supervising a team. It would be advantageous if you have experience particularly in ER focus and absence management.
You'll have strong knowledge of employment law with practical application experience. A capability to work efficiently to deadlines whilst maintaining a commitment to confidentiality is a must.
This is a full-time, temporary role (4-6 months). Working hours are 8:00 - 17:00 however, there may be some flexibility around these hours. This role does require you to be on-site daily.
