Customer Service Representative

Established in 2002, the Reflex Group is now the largest privately owned print and packaging company in the UK having grown to over 900 employees operating out of multiple sites globally. The company has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative for Reflex Labels Plus which will be based at Barwell.



The full-time permanent role is for an experienced Customer Service Representative working within a print environment.

  • Working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm and is responsible for:
  • providing customers with costs/quotes
  • processing of orders
  • dealing with telephone queries, which will include speaking to customers and colleagues internally and externally
  • clerical duties

You must be confident to work on your own initiative and be responsible for your own accounts, seeing them through from initial enquiry to delivery of goods. You will liaise with all departments within the business so written and verbal communication skills are a must.

The right candidate must possess experience of working within a print environment, have great organisational skills and be able to work within a fast-paced environment where being a team player is essential.

Print experience within self-adhesive labels is advantageous, however other print experience will be considered.

Contract : Permanent, Full time
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
