Job Description:

This section contains a list of the responsibilities of this role. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned. • Provide Deskside support (Hardware & Software) on Windows computers, local and network printers, multi-function devices and other peripheral IT devices. • Prioritize and manage technical support activities including the remediation of end user IT issues. • Enhance and provide technology training for onboarding employees. • Assist as necessary with the onboarding of new employees with IT equipment. • Install, configure, test, and maintain IT systems as necessary to address Incidents and Services Requests. • Provide desktop support for Windows computers. • Work with other IT Teams and Service Providers to coordinate the resolution of incidents and fulfilment of service requests. • Provide Audio/Visual and Conference Room technology support. • Work with hardware vendors to facilitate warranty repairs on company owned equipment. • Oversee 100% of the requests, incidents, and problems at your site. • Manage and coordinate urgent and complicated support issues. Qualifications, Skills & Experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. • 3-5 years of experience in the area of IT End User support with a global organisation. • Excellent trouble-shooting abilities in software and hardware, the ability to lead trouble-shooting conversations until resolved and provide detailed root cause analysis reports. • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills to work with users from all levels of the organisation. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be able to communicate with users from all levels, including interacting with C-level Leadership. • Must have strong decision making and time management skills. Knowledge of ITIL standards and methods, ITIL certification is a plus. • Great sense of urgency and pro-active behavior. • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Work independently, self-management capability. • Exceptional team player • Must be able to safely lift/move IT equipment of 50 lbs. • Technical expertise • Microsoft Windows 10 and up • Microsoft Office 365 Suite • Microsoft Teams • Provide networking (WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi) and Remote Access (VPN) support. • Printers and Multi-Function Devices • iPhone and Android Support
