We are working with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 6 Respiratory & Oxygen Nurse Specialist to join their Community Respiratory Service in Hounslow.
What's on offer:
Location:A local Health Centre in Hounslow/Community
Rate of pay: £26 p/h Umbrella (potentially negotiable depending on experience)
Working Hours:Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: 3 month initial contract with the view of extension
You'll be responsible for contributing to the care provision and review of the respiratory patients, thereby minimising risks and promoting recovery by supporting a multi-disciplinary approach to delivering individualised care, self-management and preventing unplanned hospital admissions.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
Experience working with respiratory patients
