Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Apprentice to join our busy Undergraduate Department at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
As Administration Assistant you will play a crucial role in welcoming staff to the department and Trust.
You will provide an efficient and effective administration service and excellent customer service to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
The hours of work will be on full time basis at 37.5 hours per week working across site in our Education Unit, UHH and Undergraduate Department, UHNT.
Customer service experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
If you are currently undertaking a Customer Service Apprenticeship level 2, we would welcome your application as the Trust will support you in your continuation of your apprenticeship.

On a day to day basis, duties will include:

* Attend meetings, where required taking and transcribing notes for
agreement, to fully reflect the business of the meeting
* Provide administration to assist the Undergraduate Admin Lead and Medical faculty and Clinical Educators with the co-ordination and delivery of effective and efficient medical education services.
