Job Description

• Consolidation lead for the EMEA P&L for budget, forecast and actuals. Reviewing results and providing detailed variance analysis to explain the business impacts.
• Lead the consolidation of the weekly DMR & monthly Sales Planning cycles, working closely with the local market teams to ensure that the submissions are accurate and the variances well documented and understood.
• Working with the FP&A manager for Distribution to drive alignment and understanding of key volume drivers at the different forecast cycles across the year.
• Key finance support for the EMEA process.
• Work closely with the Senior FP&A Manager, to support the Director of FP&A and Strategy & Senior Finance Director with Reporting, Analysis and Insights for the EMEA region as required.
• Leverage best practice in reporting and BI through the EMEA Regional FP&A team, ensuring consistency of reporting and analysis across the region and business area.

The Successful Applicant

Strong analytical skills, being able to take multiple data sources and produce clear analysis and insights that can be taken to the Leadership Teams.

Ability to partner with Senior leaders across Finance, regional teams and local markets to ensure consistent reporting and sharing of key financial and commercial drivers.

Ability to manage and understand complex data and company structures to report, analyze and drive business insights

Commercial awareness to confidently talk about Product and Business drivers to explain financial variances

Ability to challenge processes to ensure that they are simplified to drive efficiencies.

Adaptable, being able to change in response to new information and different or unexpected results

A high level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, but also the use of the company financial and BI systems

Previous experience of working in a Finance function

Previous experience with company systems, including COGNOS, Tableau (or Similar), Hyperion/Essbase, Power BI & MS Dynamics

Qualified (ACMA/ACCA/ACA) Accountant or equivalent

Likely to have +5 years PQE or equivalent
