Job description
I am hiring for a Project Manager/ Surveyor for a construction consultancy firm, based in Southampton.
The ideal candidate will have/ be;
- MRICS qualification is ideal but not a requirment
- Experience in PQS or project–led building surveying.
- Proficiency in monitoring surveying is desirable.
- Possesses detailed commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Capable of preparing reports with excellent client presentation skills.
- Demonstrates strong risk management and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilites
- Proficient in producing design specifications.
- Manages all contractual and financial aspects of construction projects.
- Collaborates with the Project Management team.
- Prepares contracts and related documents.
- Analyzes costs for maintenance and additional building requirements.
- Generates cash flow forecasts for projects.
- Oversees day–to–day project management from the client's perspective
