An international family based in Castelldefels, Spain, is actively seeking a nanny-mother's help to care for their 4-year-old and another baby expected this February. Although not mandatory, they prefer a nanny who can ideally speak Spanish and is also fluent in English. The nanny will work five days a week: three weekdays and two weekends, covering full-time hours. The family is open to both live-in and live-out arrangements, but if the nanny opts for live-out, arranging reliable transportation for daily commuting is essential.
The family is easygoing, friendly, and open-minded. Both parents work, with the dad often travelling while the mum primarily works from home. Despite being hands-on parents, the family seeks someone who can serve as an excellent childcare partner to Mum, providing additional support, especially when Dad is travelling and not around. As a mother's help, they expect someone who can ease the mother's daily life, whether it's tidying up the nursery, assisting with dinner, or running errands. They already have a cleaner for the house.
