Marketing Executive, Zertus UK & Ireland (Home based - London, UK)
(Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week)
Are you an ambitious self-starter looking to progress your marketing career within a product- based marketing role? Would you like to work with a variety of award winning brands, as well as develop your marketing skills by owning our fun and long-standing Kinnerton Kids range? Zertus UK & Ireland are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team.
Working at Zertus is fun, fast paced and varied. You'll have the chance to be autonomous, hands on and provide valuable support to the wider team on a variety of brand marketing and administrative tasks, as well as leading the Kinnerton Kids range and being a key contact for licensors.
You will be homebased, but ideally able to commute to our central London office (WC1X 8HN) where the team meet to collaborate and share ideas on a monthly basis.

Portfolio Management
- Responsible for management of the Kinnerton Kids range agreed with the Senior Brand Manager
- Work with category team to create product ranges for AYR, Easter & Christmas which is then handed to the innovation team
- Work with sales team to ensure the range is in retailers
- Design briefs / artworks
- Trade presentations
- Performance tracking
- Brand Champion
- Marketing / Charity activities
Licensor Management
- Key contact to licensors in conjunction with Senior Brand Manager
- Responsible managing licensor approvals of all concepts and keep licensors up to date
- Reports
- Forecasts
- Making sure we are on track to deliver what is agreed with licensors
- Management of commercial tasks associated with the range
Marketing Implementation
- Support planning & implementation of any planned activity for brand team
Sales Meetings
- Organising internal sales meetings for product launches
- Organising and minuting regular brand update meetings with sales team when necessary
Competitive Review & Benchmarking
- Supporting brand managers with gathering information and samples for competitor review
- Conducting regular benchmarking sessions as agreed
Social Media
- Community Management where required.
- Ad hoc requests
Events / Awards
- Supporting Brand team with planning and organising of brand events e.g. trade shows, customer shows, PR events
- Responsible for keeping up to date with consumer & trade awards and keeping a calendar
- Nominating all brands for product awards
Product Samples
- Coordinating and organising for the supply of samples required for PR, influencers, sales etc
Brand Bank
- Responsible for management of Brandbank account
- Ensuring that all branded brandbank images are accurate and up to date
Requisition Process
- Assisting Brand team with management of marketing budget through raising requisitions and processing of invoices through to finance team
- Create POs
Brand /sales Tracking
- Update weekly ROS tracker
- Keep brand bible up to date
Experienced Required
- Experience working in a Marketing / Marketing-related or sales role
- FMCG / retail experience is desirable
- Project management skills
- Analytical skill
