Job description
A major Cruise Line is looking for Sous Chefs to join one of their ships.
Responsibilities: Help to manage high-volume shipboard culinary operations; Create superb dining experiences for the guests; Work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef to forecast and manage menu requirements and inventory for each outlet onboard; Requirements: Experience as Sous Chef in an upscale hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility; Cruise ship experience will be beneficial but is not essential; Must be COVID vaccinated; Prepared to be away for home for several months at a time; Benefits: Travel to/from home/ship arranged and paid for by the company; All meals provided onboard; Chance to travel the world; If you believe yourself to have the required experience and are looking for a career with a well-known cruise line, then apply today.
