Job description
- Manage and nurture investor relations, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a robust financial strategy for the company.
- Monitor market trends and developments in the industry.
- Prepare financial reports and present them to the board and investors.
- Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure financial compliance.
- Organise and lead investor meetings, conferences, and calls.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plans.
- Ensure the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
