A well respected City based financial services business
THE ROLE
We have an exceptional opportunity for a NQ Solicitor or similar join an established Corporate Trust team
The role will involve;
Providing support for the on boarding of new transactions and post-issue matters across a wide range of capital markets products.
Reviewing, updating legal documentation relating to bond issues, project financing, secured loan transactions
Liaising with external advisers and lawyers
Business development and marketing
Risk management
Candidates will be offered training where necessary
THE CANDIDATE
This is an unusual opportunity and candidates will ideally have, a corporate commercial or financial services background or similar, gained from working in a law firm or in house.
You will have a solid academic background, excellent communication skills and delivery
You will be ready to make the transition into a business facing role
