Job description
An innovate and industry leading high technology company has a new vacancy for a Marketing Director. Joining at a time of significant growth and new product launch, you will develop the company marketing strategy lead the team and provide a ‘hands on’
approach to promote the brand & vision of the company.
Commutable from: Leamington Spa, Coventry, Birmingham, Banbury, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon.
Rate: £ 70,000- £ 90,000 p.a. + benefits.
Suitable for: Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director.
The Role
Define and plan marketing strategy.
Lead & develop Product Marketing activities.
Define and execute internal and external marketing and communications strategy, with focus on brand and product launch.
Develop team to support execution of marketing and communication strategy.
Define and manage content for all communication channels.
Define and maintain industry leading website.
Prepare and execute trade show presence and all customer events, aiming to promote company brand and product solutions in line with business objectives.
Define, maintain & communicate brand guidelines.
Identify and manage agency partners as appropriate.
Create contact database using all appropriate channels & tools.
The Candidate
Previous experience in defining marketing and company Vision and Strategy.
Detailed understanding of marketing principles in theory and practice.
Customer/market focused approach with result's orientated, 'can do' attitude.
Commercial acumen to assess and analyse market & customer potential.
Can demonstrate mentality and ability to ‘roll their sleeves up’ and get things done ethos.
Ideally educated to degree level in English, media studies, marketing, communications studies, or an equivalent specialism.
