You’ll get to meet influential and well respected professionals ranging MPs, to Business Executives and work alongside a team of very credible colleagues who take immense pride in the organisation.

The primary function of your role here is to:

• Identify revenue generating opportunities across Hertfordshire’s business network, with particular focus initially on West Herts and progressing across the county.
• Consult with potential clients on a tier membership opportunity, understanding what they want to achieve from their membership and discussing a range of value-added services available to suit their needs and budget.
• Review existing memberships and up-sell to higher tier service where appropriate.
• Work with the wider team to represent the organisation at variously weekly events held around Hertfordshire, which in turn gives you face to face contact with your customers.
• Attend and contribute to the team meetings, discussing pipeline customers, ideas, sharing success and being informed about upcoming focus areas.
• Use social media platforms to promote the organisation’s topical promotions, events and success

Incentives are in place so you will be rewarded for up-selling to existing members and securing new ones. Current and prospective members are professional and receptive to the service offering you have to offer.

The job is full time based out of a beautiful Hatfield office but on any given day you may be attending an event or visiting a business in any corner of Hertfordshire. So, we are looking for a car driver, who can be an early riser ready to attend or host a breakfast event one day and maybe an early evening drinks reception another. You should expect to be flexible to go as and where needed to meet members or attend networking events.

You should also be an engaging team player, enthusiastically contributing ideas and willing to help out when needed.

As our ideal person for this role you will be extremely professional, have an engaging personality and high standards of business acumen.

The position has been created due to restructure and is immediately available.
