Location: Derby-based, with some regional travel
Salary: £27-30k + 10% bonus + enhanced benefits

Responsibilities
As a Quality Management Systems Consultant, you will:
· Develop, implement, and manage quality management standards for diverse clients across various industries.
· Manage your schedule, working between home, client sites, and occasional office visits.
· Support clients in developing and implementing quality management systems.
· Collaborate on internal and external audits for clients.
· Build strong client relationships and provide tailored quality solutions.
· Share knowledge and experiences with colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment.
· Identify and develop new service offerings to meet evolving client needs.
· Contribute to the company's growth and objectives.
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you will have:
Experience in quality and compliance alongside QMS systems and ISO Standards.
Strong communication skills with clients.
· Competitive salary £27-£30k + bonus (OTE £33) based on experience, along with a discretionary Company bonus scheme (up to 10% of salary based on company profitability).
