Milestone Infrastructure is the UKs leading highways maintenance provider looking after in excess of 48,000km of roads 300,000 lighting assets and 20,000 miles of footways, always with a view to ensuring that all works are carried out as sustainably as possible and with minimal impact to local communities.

Due to recent contract wins our streetlighting division is looking to recruit a Technical Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract to work on their Reading Borough Council contract in Reading.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support to the Street Lighting Sector
• To oversee the Central Management System and the Asset Management system to align actual energy use
• Ensure the Assets Management System incorporates details on each item and as a minimum the information comprising the Data Sets as detailed within the Contract Specification
• Update the Central Management System when any changes are made to the system.
• Ensuring that permits and job packs are put together in a timely manner.
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, and filing.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

• Creative / innovative approach to problem solving using applied skills
• Proven working experience as support lead on projects.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work to tight time scales and prioritise work efficiently.
