Job description
As IT Manager you will be working on a variety of projects that we are putting in place for both G4S on site and for the client
Key Responsibilities will include:
To support and manage the G4S Information Systems and applications
Provide 1 st Line Support as and when required
Work on a variety of projects required for a number of upgrade projects
Help and assist with the maintenance of servers through back-ups, upgrades and security updates
Provision of planning and execution of technology refreshes
Liaise with Client IT specialists as required and ensure compliance is enforced with our Client
IT Security requirements.
Undertake and contribute to project work when required
Manager the IT support team
Enhance the customer experience that we currently provide
Essential Criteria:
MCSA or equivalent qualification
Minimum of two years’ previous experience
Excellent knowledge of Windows 7/10, Windows 2008/2012/2016, AD, DNS, Google
Patching and Updating Systems
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer focused approach
